The Visual Voicemail feature can expand the power of standard voicemail by offering subscribers access to the ActivEdge voice mailbox through a web browser. Subscribers play voicemail messages directly from a PC in any sequence, and can file or delete them as easily as any e-mail message.
Visual Voicemail is a value-added solution that is key for service providers seeking to deliver additional mailbox functionality, flexibility and convenience. Iperia provides a web user interface with a standard design that may be branded or customized according to the customer's specification. Some customers choose to build a new GUI using Iperia's powerful API.
