Iperia is happy to introduce our 2008 training curriculum. These courses will feature hands-on, comprehensive learning that reinforces lecture material. Courses are delivered via classroom, on-site or remotely. Most courses are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a rewarding, interactive experience.

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Telephony, Linux, Web server and LDAP
This course is intended for personnel tasked with the responsibility of administrating the IperiaVX Administrator Interface, and the IperiaVX platform. It is also intended for personal responsible for provisioning, troubleshooting and assisting customers with the voicemail, auto-attendant, and conferencing applications.
This course provides students with an overview of the IperiaVX Architecture, and an in-depth knowledge about how to operate and administer the IperiaVX provisioning interface, and maintain the IperiaVX platform. The course also covers the services and features associated with the Iperia applications, and trouble shooting tips that will help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

This course is intended for personnel tasked with the responsibility of administrating the Iperia Operation Support System, and the Iperia platform. It is also intended for personal responsible for provisioning, troubleshooting and assisting customers with the voicemail, auto-attendant, fax and conferencing applications.
This course provides students with an overview of the ActivEdge(tm) Architecture, and an in-depth knowledge about how to operate and administer the Operation Support System, and maintain the Iperia platform. The course also covers the services and features associated with the Iperia applications, and trouble shooting tips that will help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Additional Registration Information
Participants are required to register for each class they plan to attend. To register online for a class, please click on the register button and complete the Training Registration Form. Iperia will confirm receipt of registration with the requestor and subsequently hold seats open for each registered participant.

*A minimum number of attendees are required for each class and dates are subject to change.
Terms and conditions
Registration for courses will be accepted until the course is full, or 5 days prior to the course starting date.
Cancellation Policy
Iperia reserves the right to cancel any class up to five business days prior to the start date. If a class is cancelled, Iperia is not responsible for any travel related expenses incurred by the participant.
A participant registered for a class at a Iperia may cancel his/her enrollment up to five business days before the first day of class without penalty. The cancellation request must be sent to training@iperia.com or by contacting the Iperia's Training Services at 978-437-3565. Substitutions can be made at any time. If a student fails to cancel less than five days before the first day of class, the student will be automatically enrolled in the next available class. Billing may occur at the time of cancellation. Every opportunity will be made to reschedule a student for a class during the next 90 days after receiving a cancellation. If after 90 days the student still has not attended the course, the class cost may be forfeited
