Iperia provides all the resources necessary to perform a complete, "turnkey" installation at the customer site. Iperia installation services include:

The Iperia ActivCare Service and Support process begins with the assignment of a Client Services Manager. The Iperia Client Services Manager generates the site survey, oversees all aspects of installation and testing, trains the customer's system administrators, and serves as the primary working contact for the customer.

The Site survey identifies all the requirements for space planning, floor loading, connecting to the network, equipment configurations, and critical customer contact information. All materials and resources required to complete the installation will be identified at this stage. A separate project plan may be required if extensive site work is needed.

The Client Services Manager oversees all aspects of System Installation and Testing, including system turn-up, system testing of operating systems, system testing of layered applications and test calls.
