The integration partnership opens up the hospitality marketplace to Iperia’s customers through its integration with SDD’s JAZZ Fusion Service Personalization Middleware platforms. These enhanced voice services will take advantage of next generation capabilities from Iperia that will enable more personalized type of voice services delivered to hotel guests. The partnership also helps address the growing trends in the hotelier market of legacy PBX’s that are becoming obsolete along with high maintenance costs to support. As theses PBX systems are replaced, subscribing to a hosted communications as a service without the management and maintenance costs become much more economical than purchasing a new on-premise replacement.
