Regional Director of Sales
Position Overview:
This position directly affects sales volume growth through direct sales of Iperia’s next-generation voice and messaging applications to current and prospective customers in the Tier II and Tier III carrier space.Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work with CEO/VP of Sales to establish region’s annual sales goals, contributing to the Company’s annual revenue plan
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Develop and maintain positive and profitable customer relationships
- Prospect, qualify, develop and close business in both new and existing accounts
- Work with Sales Engineer to develop customer proposals
- Present proposals to customers and close sales
- Work closely with Customer Support, Engineering and Finance to ensure timely implementation of solutions
Skill, Education and Position Requirements:
- Approach business in a strategic and consultative manner
- High proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using SalesForce.com to manage prospects/customers and generate reports
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated to continuously accomplish goals
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
- 7+ years selling software solutions in the telecommunications space
- Experience with carriers in the unified messaging space is preferred

Senior Software Development and Continuing Support Engineer
Position Overview:
Development and maintenance of features and services for a Messaging and Mobile Communications platform based on Java 2 Enterprise Edition technologies.Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work with a small team of seasoned, experienced engineers
- Develop and maintain a wide variety of subsystems and components comprising our comprehensive Messaging Services platform
- Create architectural documentation for new features and enhancements
- Code, debug, troubleshoot, and analyze system and system performance
- Work closely with support group
Skill, Education and Position Requirements:
- BS or equivalent in CE, CS, Math, or Physics with emphasis on Computer skills
- 5 years experience working on sophisticated software service applications
- J2EE, Enterprise application architecture, Web Application Development. Experience analyzing, coding and debugging Internet streams and protocols. Database interfaces and methodologies. Tightly integrated real-time system architectures. Experience with distributed, redundant, fault tolerant systems and architectures
- Familiarity with all aspects of software product development, software build and test procedures, software version repository use and administration, IDE based software development and debugging
- Above average interpersonal and communications skills
Additional beneficial experience:

Senior SQA Engineer
Position Overview:
Develop test strategies, test plans, build and execute both manual and automated tests for a sophisticated, Carrier grade, Messaging and Mobile Communications platform.Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop test plans and testing scripts for the Iperia VX platform
- Ability to configure and analyze SIP, RTP and HTTP environments and develop and test scripts using Websphere and J2EE test tools
- Develop an automated test harness and provide as much automated testing as possible
- Work with developers and support teams to understand bugs and issues and provide corresponding test cases
- Participate in new feature design meetings
- Work closely with the development and support teams
- Ability to work in a small development team
Skill, Education and Position Requirements:
- More than 5 years proven experience in a SQA role using Application Servers in a J2EE environment. Some management experience preferred
- Superior communication skills
- Experience with Redhat, Websphere, Web portals, email, MySQL and LDAP management. Typical Software Development process tools including bug tracking and Code management
- Significant knowledge of Unix and Websphere commands and configuration. Usage of Android, Blackberry and IPhone devices required
- BS or equivalent in CE, CS, or other technical major with emphasis on software
