ActivEdge — Service and Support Overview
Iperia supports ActivEdge with the Iperia ActivCare Service & Support Team. This group of seasoned, hands-on network consultants greatly enhances our value to service providers. Iperia professionals facilitate every aspect of product rollout, customer training, and post-installation customer support.
Each ActivCare professional has an extensive background in the telecommunications and voice and data communications industries.
Through the ActivCare Service & Support Team, Iperia extends this expertise to our customers, to assure that they maximize the value of their investment in the ActivEdge Enhanced Communications System. Some available services include:
- Network interoperability analysis Assisting the service provider in selecting and interfacing network components and software to ensure interoperability, speedy deployment, and ease of administration.
- Interface to billing and network management systems Providing the expertise and, when needed, development assistance to enable the service provider's billing and network management systems to access and control the ActivEdge system.
- Development to meet unique needs Guiding the creation of project specifications and providing finished code to implement requirements unique to a service provider's environment or specific needs.
- System configuration Designing the specific hardware and network topology to implement ActivEdge within the service provider's facility and within stated requirements for redundancy, fail-over, survivability, etc.
- User interface design Iperia offers a full consulting and development service to produce provider-specific user interfaces. The service includes the creation of a Graphical User Interface (GUI), including "look and feel," and/or a Telephone User Interface (TUI), including call flows and prompts.
- Integration services Iperia will provide and supervise all activity and materials needed to integrate ActivEdge software with vendor hardware and the service provider's existing network.
- Software and hardware updates Downloaded via the Web E-mail notification proactively sent to customers Notification of available hardware upgrades Tech Tips, application notes, and release notes International support.
